Abstract
Multiscale model for description of failure in creep conditions has been developed. The model uses Cellular Automata (CA) technique at microlevel for grain boundary damage evolution. At macrolevel the Finite Element Method (FEM) is applied to solve the creep boundary value problem. The creep crack growth problem for two crack geometries is considered. The comparison of results obtained using CA model with experimental results is performed.
