Abstract
The paper discusses problems in the carrying out of construction projects in large urban agglomerations on the example of a complex of buildings (including the highest skyscraper in the European Union) located in Warsaw. The location and the specifics of the work that had to be performed generated numerous technological and organisational problems. The manner of solving them, in addition to guideline proposals for similar projects are discussed in the paper.
