Miasto dla ludzi i technika cyfrowa – czyli laboratorium funkcjonalności w mieście inteligentnym

Abstract
The article presents a contemporary topic of smart city in Europe. The author considers how digital technology and innovative solutions for smart city can improve the quality of life of inhabitants. In the first part of the article is explained a definition and term of smart city and the factors which the city is considered (smart economy, smart people, smart living, smart mobility, smart environment) by. In the next part two types of cities are considered: dock city (Hamburg, Gdansk) and historical city (Cracow, Vienna), which are currently being implemented smart city projects in. In Gdansk – is discussed ACCUS experimental project, in Hamburg – S + CC project, which aims to increase efficiency of existing infrastructure and quality of service. Relating to Vienna is presented a comprehensive plan for urban development STEP 2025 project and Smart City Vienna Initiative. Another city is Cracow which is not developed a comprehensive strategy for smart city yet, and therefore are presented point action (individual projects) in this field. In the last part of the article the author forms conclusions.

- W artykule zostaje poruszony aktualny temat miasta inteligentnego na gruncie europejskim. Autor zastanawia się w jakim stopniu technika cyfrowa i nowatorskie rozwiązania smart city mogą poprawić jakość życia mieszkańców. W pierwszej części artykułu zostaje przybliżony termin smart city oraz czynniki, według których miasto inteligentne jest rozpatrywane (smart economy, smart people, smart living, smart mobility, smart environment). Następnie zostają zestawione dwa typy miast – portowe (Hamburg, Gdańsk) oraz historyczne (Kraków, Wiedeń), w których obecnie wdrażane są projekty smart city. W Gdańsku – omówiony jest pilotażowy projekt ACCUS, w Hamburgu – projekt S+CC, który ma zwiększyć wydajność istniejącej infrastruktury i jakości usług. Na przykładzie Wiednia przedstawiony jest kompleksowy plan rozwoju miast STEP 2025 oraz program Smart City Vienna Initiative. Kolejnym miastem jest Kraków, który nie ma jeszcze opracowanej kompleksowej strategii dotyczącej smart city, stąd też przedstawione są punktowe działanie (pojedyncze projekty) w tym zakresie. W ostatniej części artykułu autor formuje wnioski.
