Abstract
The paper presents description of some aspects of optical instrumentation design for precise laser machining. Manufacturing of parts made of difficult to cut materials with high dimensional and shape accuracy is still big challenge. Laser beam machining gives high efficiency of machining of such a materials but question of accuracy needs to be improved. Therefore optical instrumentation for the system for laser cutting has been designed, manufactured and tested. The presented additional optical instrumentation improves machining accuracy and enables curvilinear edge parts manufacturing of perpendicular walls.
