Abstract
Technological and material analysis of construction works helps to achieve the intended goals set for a given undertaking taking into investment not only time and cost factors. It is worth considering the choice of a design solution in terms of material and work technology. The authors exchanged the benefits of the analysis of the technological and material performance of construction works for both the investor and the contractor. They presented the evaluation method using the selection of appropriate criteria. An example of the model for the evaluation of the choice of material and technology solutions for the implementation of internal plasters is given. Thus, the authors pointed out how many factors affect the choice of material and technology. Using this analysis is possible choose a technology that does not require a well-qualified workforce, allows to speed up work by ensuring their proper mechanization, choose a solution that requires shorter binding time or which are suitable for both wet and dry rooms. However, the evaluation of criteria also depends on the decision-maker's preferences and it is not possible to obtain universal results.
