Abstract
This article is a continuation of the study on a new definition of the inactive-power factor of a two-terminalnetwork. A new definition of an inactive-power measure, which does not depend on frequency, and a newformalized approach to calculate it in a discrete time domain, is presented here. The inactive-power factor hasbeen called Parseval’s factor by analogy to a similar coefficient used in harmonic analysis.
